A nervous system reset is a chance to come back to baseline. To remind your body that it's safe to soften.

No two sessions are the same.

Each session is guided by what you need that day. We might work with breathwork, body awareness, gentle movement, or simply learning to notice what's happening inside you in real time. Some sessions are quiet and still. Others involve more conversation.

All of them are led by you — your pace, your comfort, your body.

You don't need to know what you need when you arrive. That's what we figure out together.

Is this therapy?

No. These sessions are not therapy and are not a replacement for mental health treatment. What they are is a supported, body-based space to learn tools for regulation and self-awareness. If you're currently working with a therapist, this work can complement that beautifully.

Is this virtual or in-person?

These sessions are held virtually — so you can join from wherever feels most comfortable to you. All you need is a quiet space and an internet connection.
