About Embodied Sessions
These sessions are a space to slow down, feel what’s actually happening in your body, and unwind the relational patterns that keep repeating.
If closeness brings anxiety, conflict leads to shutdown, or you find yourself abandoning your needs to keep connection, this work helps your system learn something new.
In our 50–60 minute sessions, we work gently and directly with the nervous system to support attachment healing and relational safety. The focus is not on fixing or analyzing you, but on helping your body feel supported enough to respond differently in relationship.

Each 60-minute session is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored to you.
We’ll blend modalities such as:

↠ Trauma-informed coaching to uncover and transform limiting patterns
