About Embodied Sessions

In these sessions we get to the root of what is holding you back from living your most aligned and authentic life (aka your purpose!). By learning to access the wisdom in the body through felt sensations we get to the core of your Truth. This is the power of somatic healing. This work is very much about rewiring your nervous system so that it has the capacity to hold all of life.

These 1 hour sessions are designed to help you:

  • Reprogram limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck or small

  • Release old patterns stored in the body and subconscious

  • Reconnect with your True Authentic Self and live from a place of embodied clarity, confidence, and wholeness

What to Expect

Each 60-minute session is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored to you.

We’ll blend modalities such as:

↠ Somatic tracking and body-led dialogue

↠ Parts work to access inner conflict and unlock clarity

↠ Breath, movement, and visualization to process and integrate

↠ Trauma-informed coaching to uncover and transform limiting patterns

↠ Energetic & emotional release to make space for a new way of being
